If you know me, you know we’ve been longtime supporters of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. After attending their 50th Anniversary celebration back in 2012, my husband—who was a certified pediatric nurse—was ready to pack up and move to Memphis. Every year for my birthday, I ask friends and family to contribute to my Facebook fundraiser, and your generosity has always meant the world.
Because a family member has Celiac Disease, I’m always experimenting with new recipes. After plenty of trial and error, I’ve finally nailed a super tasty, extra crunchy gluten-free recipe for chicken nuggets and tenders.
This year, I’m kicking things up a notch with a birthday fundraiser that comes with a delicious twist:
Donate $20 and you’ll receive Fried Chicken (tenders or nuggets), hand-cut French fries, and two cookies )chocolate chip or snickerdoodle—all gluten-free. PLUS, you’ll be entered into a drawing to win one of our decadent cheesecakes.
Orders are available for curbside pickup in Medina, just off Routes 18 and 71. And what better day to host this than FAT TUESDAY—February 17th!
