At long last, Bakehouse Creations unveils our Gluten‑Free, Dubai‑inspired Pistachio Cups—the result of a steep (and, let’s be honest, impressively expensive) learning curve. By working exclusively with premium pastes, creams, and pistachios, we finally cracked the code to recreate the unmistakable flavor profile and signature crunch of the iconic Dubai Bars.
Every once in a while, I convince myself I’ve nailed something… only to realize the learning curve is over in the corner clearing its throat like, “Try again, sweetheart.”
I truly thought I had perfected my gluten‑free Dubai‑style pistachio bars. I wrapped that thing in chocolate, patted myself on the back, and basically declared myself a confectionery genius. Then I actually ate one and instantly knew—nope. Back to the drawing board.
