WELCOME TO OUR "ACCIDENTAL" BUSINESS

When a family member was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, we decided to rework treasured family favorites into Gluten-Free recipes we could enjoy together.  Word got out, and BAM!  We had a business!  As word has spread we have expanded our menu, adding new flavors or items! Our ears perk up when someone says "You know what I really miss?" We love a challenge!

Our Grandma's love language was baking. We saw her get up at 4AM to bake cinnamon rolls and donuts for the diners at her coffee shop. Later, her baked goods would delight thousands of campers through the years at YMCA Camp Fitch. We have taken many of her recipes and adapted them through trial and error (lots of error). We strive to create high-quality baked goods using only the best ingredients so no one would ever guess they are Gluten-Free. Our recipes are made from scratch, never sacrificing taste, and always working to exceed your expectations! Pretty sure "Big Mary" would be proud of what we have accomplished.

The FALL Chapter of "Fall in Love with Gluten-Free Baking" is available in the shop for $10. Future Chapters will be available for seasons and holidays. Individual recipes may be released individually, so check back often. Venmo and CashApp are also accepted.

Try our Cheesy Bread rolls. We sell them frozen so you can bake them fresh. We like them smaller so we get the crunch in every bite. We love the soft pillowy inside with mozzarella and parmesan combined with the crunchy crust!

Cookies by the pound

A box of cookies will brighten any day, no matter the occasion. Because of the difference in size, a pound may vary between 12-18 cookies. You pick the assortment. Shipping will be according to weight.
